Phase 1: Dreaming in Code (The AI Spark)
Every unique piece starts with a digital spark. We utilize advanced AI algorithms to explore complex patterns and intricate engraving ideas that were previously impossible to visualize. By feeding our creative vision into the machine, we generate thousands of artistic iterations, choosing only the one that feels like "The One."
Phase 2: Mathematical Perfection (Rhino 3D/Matrix)
A vision is nothing without structural integrity. Once the design is selected, it moves into our engineering suite. Using Rhino 3D/Matrix software, we build the jewellery from the ground up.
* We calculate the exact depth of the laser engravings.
* We adjust the prongs to a fraction of a millimeter (like our signature "cat nail" prongs style).
* We ensure the weight of the gold is perfectly balanced for daily comfort.
Phase 3: The Heart of the Diamond Exchange
Once the digital blueprint is finalized, it’s time for the physical world. Located in the heart of the Diamond Exchange District, we work with the most skilled goldsmiths and setters in the industry.
Whether it’s a Lab Grown Diamond or Moissanite, each stone is hand-selected and set into14K gold, 925 Silver, that has been cast from our digital models.
Phase 4: Laser Precision & Hand Finishing
The final magic happens with our deep-laser engraving process. We use high-powered lasers to etch our custom-designed patterns directly into center of the diamond. Finally, every piece is hand-polished to a mirror-like finish, ensuring that the light hits every angle perfectly.
